How do I return an item?
If you need to return something first send me an email to let me know it is coming and why. If you receive your jewellery and it's not what you wanted, send it back to me undamaged within a week of receipt in the original packaging and I will give you an in store credit to buy something new. It is really important to me that you like what I make for you. So "I just don't like it" is a good enough reason to return it within the first week. There are no restocking fees as we want you to love our Obsession Jewellery as much as we do.
If defects in materials or workmanship become apparent within the first 6 months, please return the item for either replacement or in store credit.
We do not warranty against misuse, abuse, unintended use or accidental damage. It really sucks if your buddy steps on your anklet, your parrot plucks the gems from your collar, or your ring gets caught in a car door. Accidents happen, but we can not be responsible for what misuse or accidents may do to your jewellery.
Free cleaning and polishing. We love seeing our work in use and keeping it in tip top shape for you! If you are going to be in the neighbourhood, or don't mind the shipping costs, bring in your jewellery for free cleaning and polishing.
